Juan and Elena Diaz Gonzalez are a brother and sister team from Buzanada in the south of Tenerife. They set up Grupo Dialez in Calle Amalia Alayon, Los Cristianos and have since moved to Ctra. Gral. del sur, nº 186, Edificio J.J. Efigenia, 38626, Valle San Lorenzo, Arona, in the summer of 2007 with the aim of giving a personal service to property buyers, based on their local knowledge and strong business contacts.
All nationalities can benefit from their attention to detail as they guide you through the legal and administrative maze that goes with buying a property abroad. The office may look small on the outside, but you will be impressed at the range of locations and types of property that they can offer.
From the main tourist zones of the south and west coasts, to the inland villages that offer charm, rural land and lower prices, they can advise you about road access, local amenities and even local fiestas and customs.
